Mario Bérubé, artiste peintre diplômé en architecture, en arts plastiques et en enseignement des arts, il dirige une entreprise nommée Fresquart. L’expertise de l’entreprise constitue l’architecture intérieure et la réalisation de peintures murales (fresques, tableaux, faux-finis et décor 3D).
Après avoir obtenu son baccalauréat en architecture à l’Université de Montréal en 1987, Mario Bérubé a poursuivi ses études en arts plastiques dans ce même établissement. Parallèlement à son travail d’architecte, il a quelques expositions de peinture. Il fût artiste choisi au treizième symposium de la jeune peinture du Canada se déroulant à Baie-St-Paul en 1995. Ses peintures se retrouvent dans des collections privées, au Canada et en France, ainsi qu’à la collection de Loto-Québec.
Suite au succès de son atelier de murale dans de nombreuse écoles, il est allé parfaire sa formation en enseignement des arts à l'université Concordia. Il a obtenu son brevet d'enseignant en 2010.
Aujourd’hui Mario Bérubé se consacre principalement à l’enseignement tout en poursuivant ses activités artistiques.
Mario Bérubé, painter graduated in architecture and visual arts. He runs a company called Fresquart. The expertise of the company is the interior architecture and realization of murals (frescoes, paintings, faux finishes and 3D scenery).
After obtaining his Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Montreal in 1987, Mario Bérubé continued his studies in fine arts in the same establishment. In parallel to his architectural work, he has a few painting exhibitions. He was chosen in the thirteenth artist symposium of young painters of Canada taking place in Baie-St-Paul in 1995. His paintings are found in private collections in Canada and France, as well as the collection of Loto-Québec.
Because of his succesfull mural workshops in many schools, he went at Concordia university completing an art teaching degree in 2010 so he can have a teaching permit.
Today Mario Bérubé is principally engaged in teaching while pursuing his artistic activities.
